Product Description It's the must-have Harry Potter keepsake! The official Hogwarts Yearbook is stuffed with pictures, quotes, stats, and facts about all your favorite Hogwarts students - from Year One through Year Five. You'll find info on Harry, Ron, Hermione, Fred, George, Ginny, Neville, Draco, Cho, and many, many more. Customer reviews Great but not quite as described by .. Adijat Mustapha (Orange, NJ) If this product was described as a Hogwarts Yearbook (Years 1-5) then it would be 5 stars. Calling it a poster books is misleading because it makes it seem like it's pictures you can tear out and post on your wall but that's not the case.
Hogwarts Through The Years Poster Book (Harry Potter Movie V) by by .. Jacqueline Puchades () i just love this harry potter item its like an albun with photos of hogwarts through the years.
Good for the Avid Harry Potter Movie Fan by .. Kamepan (California, USA) "Hogwarts Through the Years" is a nice keepsake for any die-hard fan of the Harry Potter films. It features photos from all five movies to date. There are pictures of the Hogwarts staff and students of the various Houses, not just Gryffindor.
The book has a glossy hardcover, which gives it a nice appearance. But I can only give this book four stars because some of the photos included are just horrible. Instead of high-quality images, some of the photos of students are nothing but cropped, low-res screen caps from the movies. They're blurry and look bad juxtaposed with the higher-quality images.
It looks like Scholastic threw this book together in a hurry to coincide with the box-office release of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix". But since the price is low, and it's a hardcover book, it's not that bad of a deal. Especially if you love the films.
A Nice "Yearbook" by .. Hurley (Some island) This is like a yearbook. Has some great pics of the cast from the movie, complete with sections on each character, and some other categories

ITS SO COOL!!!!!
Less Dan Radcliffe by .. Sara Cooper (Birch Run, MI USA) I really liked Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. In fact, it is my favorite one of the series so far. The one thing I do not like about this posterbook, is that Dan Radcliffe seems to take up most of the pages just because he is Harry Potter. I really was hoping for more pictures of Rupert Grint who plays Ron. After all, some of the hilarious scenes of him in his hideous dress robes were classic but yet he only receives two pages in the posterbook. Even Emma who plays Hermione was short sided. Also, there was only one picture of Cedric Diggory and considering the outcome of his character, I figured there would of been more of him in there. Anyways, I just think some of the pictures could of been better and there could of been more of certain characters.
Just to let you all know, The Order of the Phoenix posterbook is better. It doesn't have information about the actors like the Goblet of Fire posterbook, but the pictures are better in my opinion. Then again, there are way too many pictures of Dan Radcliffe in it. I don't care if he is Harry Potter. I don't think it is fair to the other characters in the film. In the end, if you're looking for more pictures of your favorite character such as Ron Weasley or Draco Malfoy, then you're looking in the wrong spot. On the other hand, if you're a Harry Potter/Dan Radcliffe fan, then this posterbook is definietly for you.
Daughter LOVES IT by .. H. Hawkes (AZ) My daughter loves this! Great pictures and info on the actors!

My thoughts: by .. Matthew P. Johnson (USA) I am a huge Harry Potter fan. So, of course I thought this product was really cool.
HP and Goblet of Fire Movie Poster Book by .. Mary E. Noble (Buena Park, Ca. USA) I thought it was very well put together. Very well thought out as far as the way the pictures were put in the order they were in the book. I enjoyed reading about each person and their likes and dislikes, which make them seem more human. I enjoyed this book a lot as well as the other ones in the Harry Potter Movie series.

Product Description 288 pages of coloring magic! It's a deluxe coloring book with scenes from all five movies in the Harry Potter saga. Customer reviews Big & fun by .. AUSSIE V. Because you see I still love to color even at my age!
For kids who love to color ... by .. Teri English (Brooksville, FL) This coloring book is great for the younger artist who loves to color and who loves Harry and his gang. Older kids would probably not be interested in coloring.
The entire coloring book collection in 1 book! by .. Lika Laruku (Seattle.) Well, not EVERY Harry Potter coloring book picture made it into this collection, but I'd say 90% of them did. The 2 Deluxe coloring kit & stained glass coloring book images were excluded because they were book-based rather than movie based. With a collage of several artists renditions of screencaps & posters from the movies, I feel that this book would have been good at $10, but that's because I'm a collector. My only qualms with the book are 1 repeated image & the same problem almost all coloring books share; the type of paper it's printed on does not protects against color bleeding from markers & isn't opaque enough; you can see the image on the other side right through. I reccomend keeping the book in pristine condition & just makeing toner-based copies for children to color. I reccommend actually coloring in the book if you're an art student who excels with colored pencils or crayons, for shading, highlighting, & blending practice.
Great coloring book! by .. BurleysGirl (CA United States) I am very happy with this coloring book, and expect to get lots of use out of it! There are hundreds of detailed pictures from all 5 movies. My only complaint is that several of the pictures seem to be printed in less than perfect clarity, resembling printing on tracing paper rather than coloring book quality.
Still very worth it to any lover of HP or coloring.
Harry Potter Deluxe by .. T. Fox (USA) Great and detailed images; no wording with the images but outstanding pictures from all 5 movies! Over 275 coloring pages. Glad to have it to give and will be purchasing more of them. Wish they made more coloring books like this! Lots of fun for all ages!

Product Description Thirty full-size portraits of the actors we've come to love, including Daniel Radcliffe [Harry], Rupert Grint [Ron], Emma Watson [Hermoine], and Robbie Coltrane [Hagrid]. Acclaimed British actor Michael Gambon steps into Dumbledore's robes, and Gary Oldman makes a properly sinister Sirius Black. ***New! Quotes from the beloved novel on each poster. *** Customer reviews Enjoyable by .. Luv2Hu (Maui, HI USA) It is a lot of fun to review the book and talk over the movie scenes!!!
The Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by .. Tantigirl (Boston, USA) movie poster book is quite nice. There are fifteen pages of photo's from the Prisoner of Azkaban movie, however, the posters are double sided, with different pictures on each side. If you want to take them out of the book and hang them up you would need to decide which picture you prefer, as one of them will be facing the wall. This is smaller than the poster book of the Sorcerer's Stone, however this gives you more room on your wall for more posters.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Movie Poster Book by Scholastic by .. Lisa (Punta Gorda, FL United States) Good pictures but much smaller than the first two poster books. Otherwise happy.
I LOVE THIS!!!! by .. () I bought this because I am in love with Harry Potter and the guy that plays him in the movies (Daniel Radcliffe) is really hot in this movie! The pictures are great! i hope u love it like i do! especially if u love daniel radcliffe!

Product Description I decided to write Hocus Pocus! How My Life Story Became the Harry Potter Movies in response to criticism from colleagues that I did not explain this stuff anywhere. Before the publishing of this book, the stories it contains could not be found on any website, in any magazine, or anywhere really. They said that I ran the Harry Potter kingdom in total secrecy. However, I said that I did not have enough control. They said I did not get out enough to talk to the fans. That keeping my existence shrouded in secrecy was a complete and total waste of my energies. They said that I needed more exposure. They told me to get out more, meet people, and talk to fans. They were right-I did need to get out more. It was a great idea. I want to draw a clear line between the books and the movies. The movies are based on the popular Harry Potter books. My book-Hocus Pocus! How My Life Story Became the Harry Potter Movies-is about characters and scenes in the Harry Potter movies and not from the popular Harry Potter books. People had asked me if I intended to publish my thoughts now that I had plenty of time on my hands. I did not kid anyone. I really wanted to publish my own book about Harry Potter. Therefore, I got right to work, did some research through family albums, and began writing. I look at this work the same way that I look at Gilderoy Lockhart in the scene where he is showing off his entire collection of autobiographical works to everyone in the bookstore. It is no coincidence that the scene with Lockhart in the bookstore is a scene in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Nevertheless, there are very real stories behind all of the characters in the Harry Potter movies. Inside this book are all the stories behind characters and scenes in the Harry Potter movies. Product Description Most famously known as the author of The Tale of Peter Rabbit, Beatrix Potter lived a most remarkable life. Expanding on the plotline of the film, based on her life, this novelization tells the moving tale of a woman's journey to discover success, independence, and, most unexpected of all love. Customer reviews Wonderful reading! by .. J. Gager (Houston.TX) I absolutely loved the book and was sorry to finish it! Will read again and again. Never knew her story before.
Miss Potter novel by .. Parisanne20 (Sacramento, CA) I also bought Miss Potter: The Novel because the film has not been shown in my city except for a one night sneak preview which I missed. I am perplexed and disappointed that the movie had such a limited release. I am glad I bought the novel and enjoyed it very much! I found it charming as I am sure the movie will be as well! I highly recommend you get the novel if you are like me and waiting patiently for it to come to theater or out on DVD!
I loved this book.. by .. Miriam Monroe () I purchased this book because I'd missed it in the theaters, I am so glad I did. I could not put it down until the last word and after that I came back and bought other books about Beatrix Potter. This fascinating, creative, headstrong wonderful woman who refused to take "her place" in life and instead lived her life as best she could- inspired me to no end. May we all be as brave.
A delightful little gem of a book about the creator of Peter Rabbit, Jemima Puddleduck and Flopsy, Mopsie and Cottontail by .. C. M Mills (Knoxville Tennessee) Beatrix Potter (1866-1943) grew up in a cold home during the Edwardian era. Her parents were elderly Unitarians and her brother became an alcoholic. Beatrix retreated to her upstairs bedroom. In that bedroom she began to draw beautiful watercolors in pastel clarity of her little imaginary friends such as Peter Rabbit and his garden friends.
Beatrix was a strong willed person. At the age of 36 her little book on Peter Rabbit was accepted for publication by the firm of F. Warne Co. Though shy Beatrix fell in love with one of the three Warne brothers. She and Norman were planning to be married despite the opposition of her parents. They considered Warne to be in trade and beneath the reclusive spinsterish girl they loved and protected. Tragedy ensued when Norman died.
Beatrix bought Hill Top farm and found love with a local solicitor who like she was interested in preserving England's beautiful landscape. Today her Hill Top farm is owned by the National Trust being open to thousands of tourists.
I hesitated in purchasing this book since it was only a movie-tie-in to the new Renee Zellwegger film. It's author is Richard Maltby who also wrote the film's screenplay. I was charmingly surprised! Maltby has woven this simple and heartwarming story of Miss Potter with charm, wit, pathos and
it is obvious he has a warm spot for Beatrix and her furry friends. "Peter Rabbit" is still the bestselling book for children which has been written in the English language.
If you want to spend a few hours getting to know the complex creative genius Beatrix Potter read this fine little book. A true joy!
For kids? by .. Dave (Great Lake State) With Renee Zellwegger's charming smile beaming at me from the local book store's children section, I was irresistibly bewitched into purchasing a copy of "Miss Potter The Novel."
After immersing myself in the tale, I was not disappointed, but I was briefly confused. The story seemed to start off a bit slow and stiff. And then I realized why. This book is not actually written for 9-12 year olds. It is, in fact, a short adult novel based on the life of Beatrix Potter, which seems to have mirrored much of the plot of Sense and Sensibility.
That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the content of the story. We learn how the creative talents needed to produce such whimsical tales as Peter Rabbit manifest themselves, and how a unique outlook on life can affect artists in both positive and negative ways.
Aside from a couple of sentences containing veiled adult content, the book is fine for both children and adults. If you want an excellent read about following your bliss, look no further.
